Shari Nycole is not only an established television producer for the popular daytime morning program “News One Now” on the TVONE network, but she is also a former Division I NCAA basketball player and health and fitness advocate. Before becoming a television producer, she began coaching high school girls basketball and mentoring each player. She encouraged them to take better care of their health.
Naturally, she is in tune with her body and its well-being. This became evident in 2015 when Shari decided to investigate her stomach pains after eating dairy and processed starch products. After visiting a therapeutic doctor, she discovered that she was in fact suffering from gluten and dairy allergies/sensitivities.
While this revelation may seem ironic at the age of 29, it is actually an epidemic that is
misdiagnosed in Americans everywhere. As a result, Shari has omitted dairy products and has maintained a gluten-free diet for over a year now with an occasional ice cream cheat day. She has not only cured herself of indigestion and or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), but she has managed to lose 20 lbs of fat, and gain 5 pounds of lean muscle. She’s happier and healthier because she made a difficult, but necessary, lifestyle change that impacted her entire life. Shari is living a life that shows others that optimal health is a choice. It is a choice that you and I can make to look, feel, and live better, at any stage in life.
We salute Shari Nycole!
